Counting Ticks is operated by CountingTicks. These terms govern your use of the site at https://www.countingticks.com. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

What this site is — and is not

Counting Ticks is an independent publisher covering trading strategies, prop firms and funding programmes, automation and data tooling, and market news. We are not a broker, a prop firm, an investment adviser, a signals service or a money manager. We do not accept client funds, place trades, or manage accounts.

Everything we publish is educational content and opinion. It is not financial advice and not a personal recommendation. Read the Risk disclosure before acting on anything here — it is part of these terms.

Using the site

You may read, share and quote our content with attribution and a link. You may not:

• republish our articles or strategy write-ups wholesale, or present them as your own;
• scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or circumvent rate limits;

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you think they have been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. AI-generated summaries

Some news items carry a short summary and category produced by an automated system rather than a person. These are generated from the publisher's own text to help you decide what to read. They can be wrong, incomplete or miss nuance. Always read the original article — we link to it on every item — before relying on anything in a summary. Where a page is machine-summarised we do not claim it as original reporting.

Reviews and scoring

Our reviews reflect our honest opinion at the time of writing, formed from publicly available information and, where stated, our own experience. Firms change their rules, fees and payout terms frequently and without notice. Figures we publish may be out of date by the time you read them. Always confirm current terms directly with the firm.
